8800GTS 320MB vs. 8800GT 512MB ?

So I´m finally going to get myself a 8800. I´m looking for something solid.
Looking into these:

What do you guys think? I´m looking for something around that price but if there´s something for a good deal but more expensive, I guess that could be my better choice.
