Placing Banner Ads in Forum

What is the easiest solution for places banner ads in the following location and having them rotate? In 3.6.8 is there a module that handles this or am I better off editing templates? Whatever is the easiest to install and maintain is my preference, price aside. 1. At the top banner to the right side of the logo a 468x60 banner. 2. 3-4 120x60 banner ads side by side right underneath the the forum user menu (underneath User CP, FAQ, etc). 3. Along the left side a 60x468, preferably starting after the user header (User CP, FAQ, etc) 4. At the bottom of each page where the "Forum Contains New Posts" text is inserting a 468x60 banner? Forum is located at http://www.pokerfreerollsonline.com/forum/
