Don´t Know

Hi, I just had a quick question I seem to have a problem. A member reported to me that while going to my domain name www.benzvsbmw.com he has to login to the forums every time he visits the forums and even after he clicks on the "remember me" box it still has the same problem. Then another member told him that if he uses the "www.BMWvsBenz.com" (the opposite) it will remember his name. I got the first domain off godaddy.com and the second domain was provided to me for free of my server hosting company. I was just wondering if this is up to the forums or if this is up to the domain? if it is how would I go about changing this? Thank You
