Transfering THEMES/SKINS

Hey guys I am trying to give my friend a custom theme I made on my forums that he really liked. My question is how do I transfer my skin/theme from FORUM A to FORUM B? I moved the files in FTP, I backed up the vbulltien-style.xml, I reuploaded this .XML in forumB, however the sizing and everything was off (this theme is fixed width). How can I fix this? I think it has to do that my forum is fixed width, how can I change FORUM B to fixed width?
