I have officially decided to no longer vax my son, he has not had any vaccines since 9 months. The last two times I took him for his well visits, they made me sign that form and I just don´t want to have to do that each time I go back. So, what do I need to do to be exempt from getting anymore vaccines. Thanks in advance, I´m pretty new to all of this, so I appreciate the help.
