Administrator AdminCP Permissions

Okay, so I have a resident artist on my board. To make it easier for him to develop skins, buttons, and themes, I want him to be able to get into the Styles and Templates section of the AdminCP. However, I don´t want him to be able to do anything else. I don´t want him to have access to change/move/delete and posts or threads, or have any control over users, or anything, other than the Styles and Templates section in the AdminCP. Is there any way to do this? Thanks!
