I´m having an issue that I haven´t a clue how to handle.
My admin account, we´ll call it "TRUDY" is logged into the admin area. I was sending an email out and wanted to send it to TRUDY, but when I put that name in, and click ALL the usergroups, it tells me that No Users Matched Your Query.
So then I just check admins. Same thing. Then I take TRUDY out and mark admin, and it´s sending to the other 2 admin´s but not TRUDY.
We haven´t changed TRUDY´s permissions, the only thing we have done as of late is upgrade. TRUDY also shows up on the team page (mods/admin/etc.).
Where do I begin to troubleshoot this?
