Statistics Not Incrementing

The stats on my board seem to have stopped incrementing, some time ago, and I just noticed it today. Threads, Posts, and Members counts are not incrementing at all. First off, what modules/templates controls this, so I can make sure there are no alterations that are causing this? Secondly, how can I bring the statistics up to their current values? Lastly, Is this a direct query, or scheduled task that updates these? I would think a direct query, but I am desperate to get this fixed. I do have a fairly modded board, but not too heavy, and I understand you don´t support that. I just need to figure out how this can be repaired, and being functioning again. Board is on 3.6.8 PL2
