Reverse Auction for Joomla/Drupal
I am seeking bids for a reverse auction script for Joomla and Drupal. Please bid on either Joomla or Drupal, or both, based on your expertise. We will not necessarily choose the same developer for each. Here are the specs:
Reverse Auction Component:
Normal reverse auction type script that allows Buyers to post a product/job/service needed and providers will be able to provide the lowest bid. Will also allow providers to upload completed works for sale at auction or ´buy it now´.
Buyers then choose based upon either the bid price or other criteria (Skills ... ROI ... etc ...), the provider for the job.
To clarify: We need two: one for Joomla and the other for Drupal. Provider doesn´t have to do both, so indicate in your bid whether you´re bidding on one or both, and which. For our purposes, a Joomla component is interchangeable with a Drupal module; and a Joomla module is interchangeable with a Drupal block:
The component must include:
Integration with Joomla/Drupal Login system.
- SEF URLs (We may be able to add this, or the users can use SEF component that is already out there.)
- Styling consistent with the normal joomla/drupal installation, but can be styled to "Fit-in" with whatever theme the end-user chooses.
- Every element of this component should be able to be tracked.
- Payment modules built in or the ability to add payment modules.
- Buyer/Seller rating system.
- Ability to "push" projects/products/services to the front of the list with either a higher rating or by paying more money.
- Buy-it-now built in.
- Administrative backend that allows for complete control of buyers/sellers and their respective projects/services/products.
- List of most recent project postings and most recent buy-it-now items listed on the home page of the reverse auction through included blocks/modules.
- Multiple Category and subcategory listings.
- Admin must have control over commission rates and posting fees.
- Order, bid, sales tracking should be easy to use and intuitive.
- A private message system that administrators can see for dispute resolution
- The ability to upload and approve contracts
- All rights to work signed over to us
